RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Custom Products:
- We do not accept returns or exchanges of custom products nor offer refunds of custom items.
- The final image of the custom product before shipping is shared via email, WhatsApp or Instagram. Any changes required have to be done before shipping.
- Unboxing video is mandatory to claim the free re-work on custom products in case of damage during transit.
Non-Custom Products:
- We offer exchange on non-custom products unless the product is damaged. An unboxing video is mandatory to claim the exchange.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you would like to return your item(s), there will be a small INR 150/- shipping fee to return your items back to us.
- We do not offer refunds on non-custom products.
- For loss/damage claims, you must notify us within 24 hours of the date of your order has shipped if you believe all or part of your order is missing or damaged.
- There might be chances that you may receive the outer courier box damaged during transit. Hence, we're not responsible for the exchange or refund, unless the products inside the box are not damaged.

- Most items are shipped via Delhivery or Bluedart and take approximately 5-8 business days to be delivered.
- The timeline for custom products are 4-8 weeks inclusive of working time on the project.
- Tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with the purchase once your order is shipped.
- All the non-customised orders are shipped within 7 working days.
- PLEASE BE SURE THAT YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS COMPLETE AND ACCURATE, THIS INCLUDES APARTMENT NUMBERS, CORRECT PINCODE, ETC.- We does not claim responsibility for any packages once they are shipped. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, please contact us immediately.
- We does not claim responsibility for any packages once they are shipped or received in damaged condition during transit.
- Any packages returned to The Art Label because of an incorrect address can be resent, but the customer has to pay the shipping again.
