EXCHANGE & RETURN

What is the return policy?

We usually accept returns and offer exchanges of unused products (excluding the final sale items) within 24 hours from the receiving time of your item(s). Apart from these there's no refund, return or exchange policy for custom products.

Can I return custom product?

We do not accept returns of custom products nor offer exchanges of custom items.

Can I exchange my non-custom products? 

You’ll receive a prepaid return label and the replacement item will be sent as soon as we’ve received notice that your original parcel is scanned and is in transit. The sooner you return the original item(s), the faster you’ll receive your exchange!

The condition of the exchange item has to be as it was received. 

Does it cost anything to return/exchange?

We offer free exchanges on all items that are non-custom products. If you would like to return your item(s), there will be a small INR 150/-  shipping fee to return your items back to us.

Can I return my custom or non customised product?

They aren’t eligible for return or exchange.
